Our Family Wizard

 For separated parents who are struggling with communication, family law lawyers and Judges often recommend an app called Our Family Wizard.

The program offers some very interesting and necessary tools to parents. For example, there's an online calendar that allows the parents to coordinate (and record) schedules. The calendar even has a trade function for when parents would like to switch days. There's an information bank, message board and an expense log to help with the splitting of expenses.

Emails that are sent between parents are not only saved in one easily accessible location but also show when the message was read by the other parent. As odd as it might seem, the claim "I didn't get your email" comes up in family court files on a regular basis.

The program also has a "tone corrector" which can give the parents pause if their email has inflammatory language.
